Period of contract :-

            One year which may be extended for another six months by mutual consent. Actual cost of work may vary plus/minus 25% of the estimated cost while executing work. No variation beyond 25% will be permitted. Intending bidders may obtain tender documents containing detailed terms and condition from DE(Plg), O/o the T.D.M., Munger on payment of cost of Tender on ACG-67 to A.O. (Cash), O/o the T.D.M., Munger on all working days between 11:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs. Alternatively it can be directly downloaded from the site www.bihar.bsnl.co.in and is to be submitted along with crossed D/D equivalent to cost of bid document in addition to EMD/Bid security. The bidder who download on the website that tender should be intoto like original document.. No tampering/correction change is allowed and that will be liable to reject.

Dropping of Bid Documents      : Upto 14:00 Hrs of 24-01-2008

Opening of Bid Documents       : On 24-01-2008 at 15:00 Hrs.

 

Tender without EM shall be rejected. The SSA head reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason. One tenderer can participate in maximum two sections of the above mentioned works.

 

The work can be awarded to more than one contractor in the interest of department. Conditional and incomplete Tenders, which do not fulfill prescribed Terms & conditions may also be rejected.
