NOTICE INVITING TENDER

 

          Wax sealed tenders are invited by GMTD Chapra on behalf of BSNL from the experienced contractors for period of one year and extension/reduction thereof, if any for transportation on telecom goods by motor vehicle/lorries. The terms and conditions are mentioned in bid documents. Few details are as under:

Tender documents can be

·         Obtained from A.G.M.(Plg), O/o GMTD-Chapra through an application after cash payment of cost of tender form at counter of AO (Cash), o/o the G.M.T.D.,Sarha Dhala, Chapra or DD in favour of AO(cash) BSNL Chapra.

The eligible contractor must have:

A)         Experience certificate of transportation work in BSNL/MTNL/TCIL, Central PSU or any Central/State Government department. The experience certificate must be issued by Group “A” /Class “I” officer.

B)          Character certificate issued by the District magistrate or Superintendent of police of concerned home District of tenderer/all partners. It should not be more than 6 months old from the date of submission of tender.

C)          Registered partnership deed in case of partnership firm or affidavit of the sole proprietorship of the firm on Rs. 10/- non-judicial stamp paper.

D)         Family/Relatives’ declaration on Rs. 10/- non-judicial Stamp paper as the tenderer/all parterners/authorized signatory should not be near relative of any BSNL employee. The definition of near relative is given in the tender documents.

GMTD Chapra reserves the right to award work to one or more contractor(s) and to accept/reject one/more or all the tenders without assigning any reason.
