NOTICE INVITING TENDER

tenders are invited by TDM Sasaram for and on behalf of Bharat Sanchar Nigam
Limited from the eligible bidders to supply the Advertising Material / items as
detailed below. Prescribed bid documents containing terms and conditions may be
taken by the authorized person on production of the necessary authorization
letter from DE (A&P) O/o TDM Sasaram from 10.00 hours to 15.00 hours on all working days from 24/01/08 to
18/02/08 on payment of price of tender documents detailed below
through Demand Draft payable at Sasaram in favor of Accounts Officer (Cash),
BSNL, O/o TDM Sasaram. The tender is a two stage bid i.e. Technical bid and
financial bid. The financial bid of only those bidders will be opened who
qualify in the Technical bid. Price for tender documents is neither
transferable nor refundable. The tender should be submitted on or before
19/02/08 upto 14:00Hrs. and the tenders will be opened on 19/02/08 at 15:00Hrs(Incase of holiday the tender will be opened
on the next day at the same place and time)

The above schedule of requirements is
indicative only. The exact requirement will be given at the time of issue
of APO / PO / Work Order. There will be
no change in the specifications mentioned above. However there can be change in
the artwork and text matter to be displayed. Purchase order and supplies shall
be strictly as per the specifications laid down in the tender.

EMD Rs.10,000/- (Rs.ten thousand only) in the form Demand Draft in the favour of AO(cash),O/o TDM,SSR payable at sasaram
Note Cost of Tender
paper = Rs,500/-(Rs. Five hundred only).
2. Small Scale Industrial Units (SSIU) registered with the
NSIC (A Government of India Undertaking) under Single Point Registration Scheme
for the items of stores under procurement may be (a) issued free tender
document for which they are required to submit details of their registration
with NSIC for the tendered item along with their approved monetary limit and
fulfilled eligibility conditions as per the terms and conditions of the tender
and subject to the value of procurement being within their monetary limit .
Such SSIU may be allowed exemption from payment of bid security and performance
guarantee to the extent of their monetary limit but limited to a maximum of Rs.
50 lakhs.
3.
Tender documents duly filled
in and prepared in accordance with directions contained in bid document shall
be submitted in the prescribed manner so as to be received on or before 14.00
hours of last i.e _19/02/2008____. Tenders will be opened at 15.00 hours on the
same date in the presence of authorized representative of each tenderer who may
wish to attend at his own cost. In case the day of opening of tenders happens
to be holiday, the tenders will be received and opened on next working day,
time and venue remaining unaltered.
4. Bidder must have experience of
satisfactory supply of similar type of items worth Rs1,00,000/- (Rs.. one las)
at least in each of the two financial years during the last five financial
years TO BSNL/MTNL/DOT/PSU/Govt department / any limited company.
Satisfactorily supply certificate must be signed by the officer not below the
rank of DE of BSNL or equivalent.
5.
Tender documents can also be
sent to the intending bidders by post, if requested for. However, the
Department will not be responsible for any postal delays etc. The tender
documents shall be sent by Registered Post.
6. The
purchaser reserves the right to accept or reject any/all the bids without
assigning any reasons thereof and without incurring any liability to the
affected bidder(s) on account of this action.

Sasaram and who submits tender form downloaded from website have to submit the
cost of bid document i.e. 500/- in the form of demand draft payable to AO Cash,
BSNL O/o TDM Sasaram.
