INVITING TENDER
Sealed Tenders are
invited for hiring light commercial VEHICLES such as SUMO
/ Marshal / Bolero and one Car not older than 2005 model from the prospective
contractors, having experience in supplying commercial vehicles / cars for
at-least one year to any Central / State Govt . Organization or Public Sector
Undertaking.

Intending
eligible bidders may obtain Bid Document from SDE (A & P) O/o TDM, BSNL
Begusarai, on payment of Rs 1000 /- (Rs. One thousand only) (non refundable) on
all working days from 30-01-08 to 14-02-08 during 11-00 hrs. to 16:00 hrs. The
payment will be accepted in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on “any
nationalised /scheduled bank in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash) O/o TDM, BSNL
Begusarai. Bidders shall have to deposit Bid Security of Rs. 40,000/-(Rs. Forty
thousand only) as Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee / Demand Draft
along with the bid from nationalized /scheduled bank drawn in favour of
“Accounts Officer (Cash), O/o TDM, BSNL Begusarai .”
In
case the tender document is downloaded from the website http://www.bihar.bsnl.co.in.
a demand draft for Rs. 1000/- (Rs.- One
Thousand) only in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), O/o TDM, BSNL Begusarai may be enclosed as a cost of tender
document, failing which the tender will be rejected.
The Telecom
District Manager Begusarai (BSNL), Bihar Circle, reserves the right to accept /
cancel the tender without assigning any reason.
