Sealed tenders are invited by TELECOM DISTRICT MANAGER, MOTIHARI on behalf of BSNL for House keeping and maintenance of cable network / OFC Network on Day to Day basis in
different SDCA in Motihari SSA as noted in
Annexure-I.
1. Eligibility
Conditions
a.
Firm
should be registered contractors for provisioning of necessary
skilled/semi-skilled manpower for House keeping and maintenance cable
network/OFC Network
.
b.
The
firm should have an experience of at least ONE YEAR for successful execution of
above or similar Job. Details of work performed along with certificate of the
company for successful execution of work in proceeding one year in the Performa
enclosed at Annexure-II is to be given as a proof for
experience. Bids without experience certificate in prescribed Performa,
shall be rejected.
c.
The
Annual Turn Over of the firm should be at least for Rs 10 lakhs. A certificate from a registered Charted Accountant or
from Sale Tax/Trade Tax in this regard shall be required to be submitted along
with bid. Bids without due certificate shall be liable for rejection.
d.
The
prospective bidder should have valid service/trade tax registration with
government.
e.
EPF
registration
f.
Pan
No. upto date Income Tax certificate.
g.
The work will be awarded to one
successful bidder maximum in three SDCA only .
h.
For any doubt there will be a vender
