Wax sealed tenders are hereby invited on behalf of Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (A Government of India Enterprises) by the Telecom District Manager, Hajipur for the following item from the reputed and registered suppliers as per detailed given below:-

Tender will be opened at 15.00 hrs on 24-04-2008 in the Office Chamber of D.E. (A&P), O/o the TDM, Hajipur. The Earnest money should be deposited in the form or crossed demand draft from a nationalized bank in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), O/o the TDM, Hajipur payable at Hajipur with the tender. Tender document can be had from Sub-Divisional Engineer (Planning), O/o the TDM, Hajipur from 02-04-2008 to 23-04-2008 between 11.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on all working days on payment of Rs. 1125/- (non refundable) on ACG-67 receipt/demand draft. The tender paper can also be downloaded through Internet site” www.bihar.bsnl.co.in.” Tender from will be issued to the contractors only if they produce valid Sales Tax Registration Certificate.

The bidders should submit the bid documents in three envelopes placed inside a main cover. First envelop should contain only Bid security, second envelope should qualifying bid (technical bid) and third envelope should contain financial bid on all envelope name of the agency /Firm, technical bid/bid security must be clearly mentioned. Properly sealed Tender not submitted in above manner shall be rejected. The financial bid of only qualifying bidders shall be considered. The Tender may be dropped in the Tender Box on scheduled date and time or may be sent by Registered Post / Courier services and should reach before scheduled date and time. Tender documents received late shall not be entertained and shall be rejected

TDM Hajipur reserves the right to accept/reject any tender in part or full without assigning any reason and may not accept the lowest rates. TDM Hajipur reserves the right to award the work to one or more than one contractors in the interest in the interest of BSNL.

Completed and wax sealed tender superscribed boldly on the envelop as “Tender for Supply of Office Stationary and Computer papers, Printing of dept. forms & Data Entry” may be dropped in the tender box kept in the Office Chamber of DE (A&P), O/o the TDM, Hajipur up to 14.00 hrs of 24-04-2008.
