          General Manager Telecom District, Muzaffarpur on behalf of CMD/BSNL, invites sealed tenders (2 bid systems) for supply of Fiber Cleaver and Fiber Stripper in Muzaffarpur Telecom District from reputed firms/supplier having experience in supplying above said item to any Central / State Government organization or a large Private Sector undertaking as detailed below:

          The tender paper should be submitted alongwith an earnest money of amount as mentioned above in shape of bank draft from any nationalized bank drawn in favour of A.O (Cash), O/o The GMTD, Muzaffarpur.

 

          Further, tender paper duly filled in, should be submitted in sealed envelope which should be superscribed with “SHORT TENDER FOR SUPPLY OF FIBER CLEAVER & FIBER STRIPPER IN MUZAFFARPUR SSA” and should be submitted by dropping in the tender box (kept in Chamber of D.E. (Plg.), O/o The GMTD, Muzaffarpur. 

 

v      Time and last date of submission of Bid:-  Upto  14:00 Hrs. on  09-05-2008 to the Divisional Engineer (Planning), O/o The GMTD, Muzaffarpur.

 

v     Time of Bid opening :-         At 15:00 Hrs on 09-05-2008 at Muzaffarpur.

v      Tender document may be purchased from S.D.E (Plg.), O/o The GMTD, Muzaffarpur by paying cost of bid document Rs. 500/- in the form of a ACG-67 or D/D drawn in favour of Accounts Officer(Cash), O/o The GMTD, Muzaffarpur, payable at Muzaffarpur between 11:00 Hrs to 15:00 Hrs from  24-04-2008 to 08-05-2008 (on all working days) .OR. Tender paper can also  be downloaded from website www.bihar.bsnl.co.in and the D/D of Rs. 500/- in favour of A.O. (Cash), BSNL, O/o The GMTD, Muzaffarpur payable at Muzaffarpur should be enclosed with the tender form in such a case as a cost of bid document

 

          The General Manager Telecom District, Muzaffarpur reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the tender/tenders, fully or partially, without assigning any reason.
