             The Tender Paper be had by the Contractor from the DE (Admn.), O/o the GMTD, Darbhanga on any working day from 17-04-2008 to 12-05-2008. Between 11:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs on payment of Rs. 500/- (Rs. five hundred only) in form of ACG-67 receipt or DD in favour of Sr. AO(Cash), O/o the GMTD, Darbhanga.

 

             Tenderer will submit one WAX envelope superscribed with the name of work. The envelope should contain the experience and other certificate.

 

             Duly filled in  tender paper, enclosed in a WAX sealed envelope as said above may be dropped in tender box in office chamber of DE(Admn.), O/o the GMTD, Darbhanga on 13-05-2008 at (15:00 hrs). The tender shall be opened on 13-05-2008 at 15:30 hrs. in presence of Tenderer or their representative who to be present there.

 

           

 

 

 

 

 

               The General Manager Telecom District Darbhanga reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tender wholly or partially without assigning any reason. Further GMTD, Darbhanga reserves the right to award the work among more than one tenderers on the lowest approved rate.

 

               The tenderer should submit the following documents along with Schedule of Rate Annexure-A.

 

              Eligibility of Firm/Contractor :-

         

(a)    Photocopy of  Income Tax Account No. (PAN Numbder).

(b)     Photo copy of registration  certificate of  Firm/Contractor, if any.

(c)     Photo copy of Experience Certificate of similar work done in BSNL, MTNL & DOT sector only.

(d)    EPF code (if required).

(e)    Turn over 2,00000/- during last three financial years.
