Notice Inviting Tender

NIT No:- TDM/KHJ/5Pr. PIJF Cable/08-09/01 Dated of issue : 17-04-2008

Properly sealed tender (Packing PVC tape/Sealing wax) are invited for and on behalf of CMD, BSNL by the TDM, Khagaria from the eligible enlisted contractors for the following works.

1. Name of work :- 5 Pr. (Pole less) work in Khagaria SSA.

3.	Period of contract	:	One year from the date of agreement (until otherwise specified) or till completion of work as per Tender, which ever is earlier.
4.	Mode of payment	:	Tender document can be purchased by payment of cost of bid document in from of the crossed D/D drawn in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash) BSNL, Khagaria payable at Khagaria or on ACG-67 receipt also. Bid security is to be paid in the form of crossed Demand Draft issued by a scheduled Bank drawn in favour of Accounts Officer (Cash), BSNL, Khagaria payable at Khagaria.
5.	Tender documents containing detailed description of work & Terms & conditions which can be taken from D.E (A&P) O/o. T.D.M. Khagaria or may be downloaded from www.bihar.bsnl.co.in. The cost of tender document must be submitted in the form of D/D of desired amount in a separate envelope payable to Accounts Officer (Cash) O/o T.D.M. Khagaria at the time of dropping the tender obtained by downloading. If any change is detected in any clause of the tender document at any point of time the Tender will be rejected straightway and the firm shall be blacklisted. Also any amount payable to the firm shall be forfeited to BSNL.
6.	Sale of Tender documents (on all working days)	:	Between 11:00 hrs to 17:00 Hrs from 21-04-2008 to 07-05-2008.
7.	Address on which the bids are to be sent by Post/Courier/Self	:	Divisional Engineer (A&P) office of the Telecom District Manager, Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, Khagaria.
8.	Time and last date of receipt of Bid.	:	Upto 14:00 hrs on 07-05-2008 (By post or By Courier only)
9.	Last date of receipt of Bid		Upto 14:00 hrs on 08-05-2008 (By self)
10.	Time of Bid opening	:	At 15:00 hrs on 08-05-2008.

The tender, which is not accompanied by the requisite Bid Security, shall be summarily rejected. Tender will not be accepted/received after expiry date and time. The T.D.M., Khagaria reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any reason what-so-ever.

The Envelope containing the bid must superscripted as “Tender offer against NIT No. TDM/KHJ/5 Pr. PIJF Cable/2008-09/01 dated 17-04-2008 Please note that bids are to submitted ONLY BY POST, BY COURIER OR SELF. Bids submitted by any other means shall not be accepted. Bids received later than the above specified time & date shall not be accepted. Any delay damage or loss occurred due to Post/Courier shall not be the responsibility of BSNL and no Claim on this accounts shall be entertained.
