registered and reputed contractors in Govt. departments/ P.S.Us for Optical
Fiber Cable Construction work under T.D.M. Motihari as per details given below:

Tenderers must have executed the work of OFC Construction Work for
not less than one third value of estimated cost during last three consecutive
financial years for each section separately.
Tender papers may be downloaded upto 22.04.2008 and submitted along with
a DD. of 1000/= (Non refundable) in favour A.O. (Cash), BSNL, Motihari from
any nationalized bank. Duly filled and sealed tender shall be received in the
name of D.E. (Plg.) o/o TDM, Motihari up to 14.00 Hrs of 23-04-2008 by
registered post /courier only and will be opened on the same day at 15.00 Hrs.
The main envelop should contain two separately sealed envelops containing
TECHNICAL BID & FINANCIAL BID separately and super scribed name of route.
TECHNICAL BID
This
should contain:-
(I) D/D of EMD in favour of A.O. (Cash).
BSNL, Motihari
(ii) Experience Certificate issued by
an officer not below of JAG level of
BSNL
(iii)
PAN & I/T
return of last financial year
(iv)
Valid Registration
Certificate of Firm. Attested copy of Partnership deed in case of partnership
firm
(v)
Character
Certificate by D.M. not older than Six Months
(vi)
EPF Registration
(vii)
Attested copy of
valid Labour License
(viii)
Tender document
in original, duly filled in and signed by tenderer
(ix)
Solvency
Certificate by Nationalized/ Scheduled Bank
Financial Bid will contain only schedule of rates, It will be opened only
if Technical Bid is found to be perfect.
For each section, Bid Document is required to be submitted separately. In
one route work will be awarded maximum upto two sections only. The T.D.M.
Motihari reserves the right to reject any or all tenders without assigning any
reason what so ever
