TENDER NOTICE

Separate wax sealed tenders are invited on behalf of CMD BSNL for “RATE CONTRACT FOR SUPPLY OF OFFICE STATIONERY” in KATIHR SSA from experienced contractors. Terms and conditions are given below –

1. The firm should have a Turnover for an amount of Rs.2,00,000 in MTNL/BSNL/DOT or any Govt. Dept/undertaking.

2. 2. The Firm should have an experience of said work equal to value of tender in the last three calendar year. The experience certificate should have been issued by officer not below the rank of JAG/DE.

3. The Firm should have required ST/CST with TIN No. etc. registration for doing such work.

4. Tender Form will be available for sale from 01.05.08 to 15.05.08 upto 11.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs for RS 500/= only in form of cash/DD in the name of A.O.(Cash), BSNL, O/o GMTD, Katihar. Form fee can be attached with tender in case of downloaded form on the web site www.bihar.bsnl.co. in

5. Period of contract is for one year.

6. Estimated cost of work is Rs. 6 lakh. EMD of Rs. 15,000/- is required against work. EMD can be deposited in the name of A.O.(Cash), BSNL o/o GMTD, Katihar by Cash upto 14.00 hrs on 15/05/08 Cash receipt/DD/BG for EMD should be put in a separate envelope.

7. Tender bids will be accepted upto 15.00hrs. on 16/05/08 and will be opened at 16.00 hrs. on the same day in the presence of tenderers or their authorised representatives who may wish to be present at their own cost.

9. GMTD, Katihar has the right to reject any tender in part or full without assigning any reason and is not bound to accept the lowest tender.

10. All tenders, in which any of the prescribed conditions are not fulfilled or are incomplete in any respect, are liable to be rejected. False documents shall lead to forfeiture of EMD.
