On behalf of CGMT, Bihar Telecom Circle, Patna- 800 001, BSNL, sealed tenders are invited for supply of Prepaid Scratch Cards. The Indian Companies registered to manufacture the tendered item in India, having valid TEC type approval for the tendered item and having executed educational / commercial orders are eligible to participate in the Tender.

Bid Security in the form of Bank Guarantee will be Rupees 5, 84,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand )only.

Intending bidders may obtain copy of the commercial conditions along with relevant specifications from the D.E.Mobile Services (Tech), B.S.N.L. O/o GM (MS-O&M), 1st floor, C.T.O. Building, Budh Marg, Patna- 800 001 on payment of Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two thousand) only non-refundable with effect from 02/05/2008 to 19/05/ 2008 between 10:30 Hrs. to 15:00 Hrs. on all working days. The payment will be accepted in the form of crossed Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled Bank at Patna in favour of the Account Officer (CMTS), Patna.

Small Scale Industries registered with NSIC under Single Point Registration Scheme with Monetary Limit more than the value of tendered item and desirous of getting tender documents free should apply to D.E.Mobile Services(Tech) , B.S.N.L, O/o The General Manager (MS-O&M), 1st floor, C.T.O. Building, Patna with document proving their eligibility certificate from NSIC about registration for tendered item, monetary limit and financial competence to perform contract under the tender(s). Such application(s) should reach at least 7 (seven) days prior to the last date fixed for sale of Bid documents. Bid documents may also be downloaded from the website www.bihar.bsnl.co.in and submitted with DD of Rs.2000/- payable to Account Officer (CMTS), Patna.
