Civil unit of Bihar Zone  has now registered its presence on Internet. Such  hosting was  felt necessary for a quite long time, now     it has come in reality true. CE© extends its gratitude to Sri S.A.Thomas ,CGMT, Bihar Telecom Patna for the facilitation.                                                    In this IT-revolution era, it  is  rather impossible for any   individual , institution or organization  to remain in isolation from the main stream and ever changing scenario of  Information Technology without it.
