Appeal to APPELLATE AUTHORITY:
|
i. Incase the consumer is not satisfied with the redressal of his grievance (given in writing)
by
the Nodal Officers of SSA level and Circle level or in case the complaints are not redressal by
the Nodal Officers of SSA level & Circle level within the specified time limit or no reply is
received regarding resolution of the complaint from Nodal Officers of SSA/Circle he may
appeal to the Appellate Authority for redressal of grievance.
ii. All appeals against any complaint settled by Nodal Officer or otherwise,
need to be made in
duplicate to Appellate Authority in the prescribed format available at the website. Detail of
